5 SCHOOLS FROM 5 COUNTRIES
- create together a new pedagogical model to learn new social media marketing and international skills in real business life
- help local SME businesses in their efforts to improve their business and get more satisfied customers
125 STUDENTS FROM 5 COUNTRIES
- with different backgrounds learn VET degree studies in a real business life by coaching SME companies
- study individually customized part of VET degree in 3 learning environments (school, company, eKampus)
- learn international skills by working in international groups and companies
- learn social media marketing skills from business experts
- learn social competences and about ethics by helping companies
- create for a real SME company a social media marketing campaign on social media, e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok campaign
- help real SME company to find new target groups for sales
25 SMALL AND MEDIUM SIZED COMPANIES FROM 5 COUNTRIES
- get a social media marketing campaign for their company created by the students
- get help in improving their business and reaching new markets

10 TEACHERS FROM 5 COUNTRIES
- learn pedagogical skills by learning and implementing new business ambulance pedagogical model
- learn international skills by working with an international group and seeing how businesses operate in different countries
- learn social media marketing skills from business experts
- share their knowledge and learn new know-how on social media marketing
2 BUSINESS EXPERTS
- get new ideas from the students and a colleague business expert from other country

Target groups
STUDENTS
The project is aimed at VET students from different fields of education that are interested in learning about social media marketing and need that in their future job. Many students have knowledge from using social media in their free time but might lack knowledge about using it for marketing purposes. Some students might already have knowledge about social media marketing from their previous studies and are eager to learn more. Marketing is an important subject for students studying in different fields as it is a huge part of different jobs. The project is also aimed at students that are motivated and have a desire to help companies and learn new social media marketing and international skills in real-life environment.
Number of participating students: 125 (25 from each country)
TEACHERS
Teachers wanting to learn about the social media marketing in international context are also one target group of the project. It is important that VET teachers know about social media marketing, so that they also know how to teach and support the students.
Number of participating teachers: 10 (2 from each country)
COMPANIES
Another target group are the European and Thai SME companies from various fields of business struggling with their development and marketing activities. The companies need help with reaching target groups on social media and benefit from the fresh ideas of students. These companies may be struggling after COVID and/or with the skills and knowhow of social media marketing in general.
Number of participating companies: 25 (5 from each country)
BUSINESS EXPERTS
Business experts are employees or entrepreneurs of social media marketing companies. Their role in the project is to teach social media marketing to students and act as a coach for student groups as they plan and create a social media marketing campaign to companies.
Number of participating business experts: 2 during whole project (and local business experts during each workshop)
